Having a clear industrial property strategy is essential to avoid conflicts of rights, cybersquatting, copying or misuse.

What does the support for the internationalization of brands consist of?

Up to 50% of the cost (excluding VAT) applicable only to professional intellectual property services, not to official fees.

This grant is especially useful for actions related to the international protection of intangible assets , such as:

• International trademark registration (European Union and third countries).
• International brand monitoring to detect misuse.
• Brand protection strategy in foreign markets.
• Specialized industrial property services linked to global expansion.

Requirements to access the fund

The applicant company must meet the following requirements:

• Being an SME based in the Valencian Community .
• Having an international promotion plan, even a basic one.
• Being developing or planning actions in foreign markets.
• Execute the expenses within the established eligible period.

Required documentation:

To analyze the project’s feasibility and process the grant, we will need:

• Deed of Incorporation
• Tax ID card.
• Bank account number.
• Corporate Income Tax Form 200 (2024 tax year) .

In addition, invoices for the services to be subsidized and proof of payment must be provided.
