PURPOSES OF THE GATHERED PERSONAL DATA

We will process your personal data for those purposes from the ones hereunder included for which you give your consent:

· Management of our contractual relationship with you.

This purpose responds to the usual operations derived from the services we render in PADIMA; sending of informative emails, telephone calls and other communications.

· Sending of information regarding potential actions base don your rights as a result of the surveillance carried out by PADIMA.

In case you have contracted the surveillance service PADIMA will detect potential conflictive trademark applications, registered designs or patent applications. In such event, we will contact you in order to make you aware of such information and we will evaluate the possible ways of action.

· Incorporation to our internal data base, property of Groupo 10 Empresarial Ip Software SLU.

In order to be able to properly manage your interests and issues we will use a program called ApigesPro, property of this company, in which we will insert all the information you provide us with.

· Communications with public and official organisms and offices of Intellectual Property.

· Communications with our collaborators in different countries of the world depending on the services contracted in each case.

In this case, we will share the strictly necessary information in order to be able to file trademark registrations in other countries and always after confirmation of the corresponding budget.

· Sending of commercial and promotional communications.

Meant to inform you about opportunities, special discounts, protection packs and other measures.

· Sending of a case-law and news selection of interest regarding Intellectual Property.

This is an informative document in which the most relevant news and PADIMA’s experience in conferences and events are mentioned.

· Sending of invitations to events organized by PADIMA or with which PADIMA collaborates.

PADIMA is fully conscient of the use and processing that should be applied to personal data that may have been required or obtained from users’ webpages for the purpose of managing the rendered services or sending you commercial communications regarding goods and services that may be of your interest.

STORAGE

Time limits or criteria regarding data storage:

The facilitated personal data will be stored for the period of time during which the relationship with the entity persists and its suppression is not requested by the interested person. At the same time, the information will be stored according to the legal time limits established by Regulations on Tax and Accounting matters, taking into account as a reference the last communication.

Legitimization due to the execution of a contract: Since data processing is necessary in order to execute a commercial contract in which you are a party, it is hereby stated that the type of contract at issue is the already mentioned commercial contract or the precontractual relationship.

Provided that facilitating personal data is a legal or contractual requirement and a necessary requirement to subscribe the cited contract, the interested person is hereby informed that he is obliged to facilitate those personal data and that the consequences of not doing it may suppose that the requested service will not be rendered.
