Alicia Serrano

I graduated with a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, and subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property at ICADE. I have worked as an advisor and consultant on trademark matters in different sectors both in Spain and abroad, which will enable me to help you protect your industrial property rights by analysing each case from a global perspective. I will focus particularly on defending your rights before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office in opposition, nullity, or revocation proceedings.
