Ana Losada
Innovation
- Industrial Designer, National University of Córdoba (U.N.C.).
- Specialist in the development of graphical documentation, visual representations, and technical asset photography for filing and registration dossiers.
Ana provides PADIMA’s Innovation Department with a critical technical perspective during the conceptualization and protection phases of intangible assets. With a degree in Industrial Design, her expertise in graphic design and product photography enables her to assess creations from the author’s perspective, identifying the formal and aesthetic features that confer distinctiveness to a product. This perspective, combined with her training in intellectual property, allows her to guide the design process to ensure that creations meet registrability requirements, facilitating their eligibility for exclusive rights across national and international jurisdictions.
Her contribution enables clients to ensure that their creative outputs are developed with a robust protection strategy from inception, allowing for the early identification of each project’s registrability potential and optimizing its technical feasibility from the outset. The resulting value for organizations lies in having a specialized team capable of transforming aesthetics into a tangible competitive advantage, ensuring that each design is structurally robust and fully compliant with novelty and distinctiveness requirements in the marketplace.
