Eva Toledo
Economist, Chartered Industrial Property Agent, Magister Lucentinus in Industrial and Intellectual Property (Alicante) and Specialist in Intangible Asset Analysis and Management.
Partner and founder of PADIMA, a firm specialising in strategy, protection and defence of creativity and innovation, she combines her professional activity with teaching as a professor of Strategic Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the University of Alicante, and as a regular lecturer at various business schools, conferences and organisations at national and international level.
In the professional sphere, Eva directs and coordinates actions related to strategy and global protection of intellectual property assets at PADIMA. She is directly responsible for the analysis of intangibles, including the economic valuation of trademarks, portfolio audits, and the preparation of proposals for protection and communication in the field of industrial property. She supervises the international area and manages trademark files abroad, as well as any incidents that may arise.
In the field of research, his collaboration in the studies ‘The Triangle of Success’ and ‘Impact of Brands on Society and the Economy’ stands out. These studies were promoted by the National Association for the Defence of Trademarks (ANDEMA) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), and both were carried out by a team from the University of Alicante.
Eva is President of El Círculo-Directivos de Alicante and an active member of various professional and business associations, including MARQUES, the Family Business Association (AEFA), INTA (International Trademark Association), Spanish Marketing Association (AEMARK), Association of Communication Companies of the Valencian Community (AECPcv), Association of Communication Executives (Dircom) and the University Business Foundation of the University of Alicante (FUNDEUN).
