Marta brings an analytical and multidisciplinary perspective to PADIMA’s legal practice. Her dual training as a lawyer and criminologist, combined with a high level of technical specialization, enables her to approach the protection of industrial and intellectual property with a rigorous focus on risk prevention and the identification of vulnerabilities in intangible assets. Specialised in the technical enforcement and defence of exclusive rights, Marta is involved in the design of legal strategies aimed at safeguarding the integrity of innovation and distinctive signs in highly competitive global environments.
Her role within the legal team provides a tactical advantage in the proactive identification of threats. Thanks to her background in criminology, she demonstrates a distinctive ability to decipher infringement patterns and structural weaknesses that could jeopardise clients’ assets.
