Miriam Martínez
Miriam is Of Counsel at PADIMA. She is currently Director of Quality and Director of the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, Competition and Business Innovation at the International University of Business. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master’s Degree in Private Law and a PhD (with an International Mention in Commercial Law) from the same university, receiving the Extraordinary Doctorate Award and highlighting her stay as a researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Munich. From the outset, Miriam has combined her interest in teaching commercial law at various universities with private practice, particularly in the field of intellectual property and competition law. Miriam is the author of numerous publications and a regular speaker on intellectual property and competition law.
