Natalia leads the optimization of PADIMA’s organizational processes, ensuring that the firm operates in full alignment with international management standards. Trained in Finance at the Lviv Academy of Commerce, she provides an essential analytical perspective for the coordination of internal projects and the continuous improvement of the firm’s corporate structure. Her work has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining ISO 14001 certification, positioning the organization as a benchmark in environmental commitment and operational responsibility.
