Patricia is responsible for PADIMA’s financial management and people operations, both of which are essential to ensuring the organization’s sustainability and structural efficiency. She oversees the firm’s accounting functions as well as the needs of the human capital, playing a key role in maintaining operational stability. With a practical and results-oriented approach, she ensures clarity and rigor in financial processes and talent management, working transversally with all departments to facilitate effective internal coordination.
Although her role is primarily internal, her impact on client service is indirect yet fundamental. By managing internal training programs and promoting team well-being through health-related initiatives, she ensures that the team remains consistently up to date and operates in an optimal working environment.
