I graduated in Law from the University of Alicante, where I later completed a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. I specialised in industrial property law as a University Specialist in Trademarks, Design and Competition Law at Magister Lvcentinvs (Alicante) and in Intellectual Property and New Technologies at the UNIR Master’s Degree. My work at PADIMA focuses on the protection and defence of copyright, as well as the legal defence of industrial property, especially trademarks and domains on the internet, and I am responsible for data protection. I also collaborate in the drafting of various legal documents and contracts for the digital environment. My commitment to you is to be efficient in preventing infringements of your rights.
