I graduated from the University of Alicante with a Law degree, where I subsequently studied the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. I am specialised in Industrial Property Law as a University Specialist in Trademarks, Design and Competition Law through a Master’s Degree (Magister Lvcentinvs) at the University of Alicante and in Intellectual Property and New Technologies through a Master’s Degree at the UNIR (online university).
My job at PADIMA focuses on the protection and defence of copyrights, as well as the legal defence of industrial property, particularly trademarks and domain names on the Internet.
I also collaborate in the drafting of different legal documents and contracts for the digital environment.
