At PADIMA, we take another step toward change and join the United Nations Global Compact Spain.
We believe that every action counts and that companies have the power —and the responsibility— to transform the world. That’s why, since December 2025, we are part of the United Nations Global Compact Spain, joining efforts to:
🔹 Respect and protect human rights.
🔹 Guarantee decent and non-discriminatory working conditions.
🔹 Act responsibly in the face of environmental challenges.
🔹 Combat corruption in all its forms.
This commitment is not just a statement; it is a roadmap that guides our decisions and the way we work. At PADIMA, we understand that sustainability and business ethics are not optional, but essential to build trust and deliver real value to society.
In addition, we promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) because we believe that innovation and intellectual property can also be drivers for building a fairer and more sustainable future. Every project we develop seeks to integrate this vision, fostering responsible creativity and protecting ideas that contribute to collective well-being.
As our founding partners Eva Toledo and Iván L. Sempere point out:
“This voluntary commitment reflects our commitment to sustainability and global corporate responsibility. It is not a matter of words but of actions that exemplify will and commitment.”
Joining the Global Compact means being part of a global network of companies that share universal principles and work together to generate positive impact. In Spain, we are already more than 2,100 companies, and we take another step forward in our purpose: to protect innovation, promote talent, and do so ethically and sustainably.
Because we believe that change begins with each and every one of us. And at PADIMA, we are determined to lead it with consistency, transparency, and actions that make a difference.
