The fight against counterfeiting and piracy is an essential aspect of the strategy to enhance and defend Industrial and Intellectual Property rights.
In this task, customs intervention is the most efficient and rapid tool for detaining goods at the border, and even destroying them before they reach the final customer.
At PADIMA we have been working with customs for more than 22 years to help our clients fight against piracy and counterfeiting.
We monitor databases in order to update the data immediately and provide the customs authorities with all the details they need for the proper performance of their duties.
We coordinate and act when an intervention takes place, studying the details of the product in question and supporting the authorities for the best defence of our clients’ Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
